Prewriting: Before I start writing, I ask myself:
“what do I want to say?”,”How do I want to say it?”,”Who will read my writing?”. This allows me to write according to my audience. Usually, this phase would include brainstorming and prewriting. I brainstorm ideas and for my prewriting, I would write a few sentences to elaborate on my brainstorm.

Drafting: During my draft phase, I will ask myself similar questions; however, it is so I can make my prewriting more organized. After asking myself those questions, I will usually work on my rough draft. This is the rough draft which will be further edited. So at this stage I’m not looking out for anything, I’m just putting all my ideas down on paper.
Editing: During this phase, I will ask different people to read my writing. They can usually see errors that I don’t. They will also give suggestions on how I should make my writing better. I will usually fix all grammatical and punctuation mistakes by now.
Final Copy: This is the final phase of my writing process. I would usually just look over my peer edited draft. I would decide if I should add any of the suggestions that people suggested.
